Yard waste dispute behind Rand Paul's assault?
Police say the man accused of attacking Sen. Rand Paul could be charged with a felony because of the senator's condition. The Kentucky lawmaker's neighbor, Rene Boucher, is currently charged with fourth-degree assault. The 59-year-old is accused of tackling the senator from behind while he was outside his home on Friday. Dean Reynolds reports.

Dallas assistant district attorney loses job after berating
A Dallas assistant district attorney is out of a job following accusations made by an Uber driver. Shaun Platt told police he picked up Jody Warner outside a pub and that she tried to use her job to intimidate him after he refused to drive her home. Steve Pickett of CBS station KTVT reports.

Deadly earthquake rattles tourist spots near Greece, Turkey
A strong earthquake hit off the coast of Turkey overnight, killing two people. More than 120 people were hurt when the shaking began. Buildings were damaged, some that were centuries old. The epicenter was in the Aegean Sea, between two popular tourist destinations. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
